D&L LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to lead our field operations in the Cayce/Columbia, SC area. This hands-on leadership role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage projects with a focus on safety and quality.

You'll diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems, supervise a crew, and ensure customer satisfaction. The position offers competitive pay, a company truck, health plans, and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Supervisory or crew lead experience.
• Strong troubleshooting & diagnostic skills.
• EPA Universal (Required).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (Required).
• Dependable, motivated and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to communicate with the customer on findings & recommendations.

Responsabilidades
