D&L LLC in Cayce/Columbia, SC area is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to lead our field operations in commercial and industrial settings. This hands-on leadership role requires strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform maintenance, supervise a crew, communicate clearly with customers, and document work.

Formación

• 5+ years HVAC service experience and hands-on leadership.
• Supervisory or crew lead experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsabilidades

Requirements

• 5+ Years of HVAC Service experience
• Supervisory or Crew Lead Experience
• Strong troubleshooting & diagnostic skills
• EPA Universal (Required)
• Valid driver's license with clean record (Required)
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Able to communicate with the customer on findings & recommendations
