Civil Construction Contractors, LLC currently seeks experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our Southeast Louisiana team. This full-time hourly role involves 40–50 hours per week in industrial settings across the region.

Compensation aligns with local market rates and includes standard safety and compliance requirements. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience and be able to operate excavator, dozer, roller, off-road truck, skid steer, and mini excavator safely.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience.
• Operate the following equipment safely and efficiently: Excavator, Dozer, Roller, Off-Road truck, Skid Steer, Mini excavator.
• Adhere to safety requirements and procedures.
• Understand safety rules and operating/maintenance instructions.
• Perform maintenance checks.
• Identify overhead and underground hazards.
• Discharge other duties as assigned.
• DISA pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.

• Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.

Civil Construction Contractors, LLC is currently searching for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing team working throughout Southeast Louisiana. This is a full time hourly position. Hours range between 40-50 +/- per week. All work performed will be in the industrial workplace.

Heavy Equipment Operator Candidates must possess the following:

• 2+ years’ experience
• Safe and efficient operation of the following, but not limited to: Excavator, Dozer, Roller, Off-Road truck, Skid Steer, Mini excavator
• Adherence to safety requirements and procedures.
• Understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Perform maintenance checks
• Ability to identify and avoid overhead and underground hazards
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• A valid TWIC card… REQUIRED
• Valid US Driver’s license... REQUIRED
• OSHA card and Security Passport are a plus, but not mandatory.

Heavy Equipment Operator Physical Requirements:

• Ability to physically lift objects in weight up to 60 pounds.
• Climbing of ladders, stairs, and structures.
• Work at above grade and below grade elevations.
