Job summary

Cincinnati Fan, part of SPX Technologies, is seeking an Assembler in Mason, OH to build industrial fans and blowers from engineering drawings. You will use hand and power tools and precision measuring equipment, inspect your work, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You will join a collaborative manufacturing team focused on reliability, 5S housekeeping, and continuous improvement in a plant environment.

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools.
• Willingness to follow work instructions and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain clean work areas.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects and ensure fit and tolerances.
• Read work orders, drawings, and instructions to complete assemblies.
• Operate hand and power tools and use precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain attendance and work collaboratively with the team.
