Job summary

Flow Components & Industrial Supply is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow revenue in our industrial gasket and hose product line. You will build and nurture relationships with manufacturers, construction, oil and gas clients, and other industrial sectors within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities include lead generation, on-site customer assessments, product demonstrations, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proven Outside Sales experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
• Willingness to travel extensively and hold a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop new business within designated territory and manage sales pipeline
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, acting as trusted advisor for gasket and hose needs
• Demonstrate product knowledge and deliver tailored sales presentations
• Travel to customer sites for on-site assessments and upsell opportunities
• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular territory performance updates
