Job summary

Air Liquide USA LLC is seeking a Production Technician in Norco, LA to operate and maintain Air Separation Units, Nitrogen Generators and Oxygen compressors. You will handle permits, lockout/tagout and support safe, efficient plant operation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (associates preferred), with 2+ years in operations, instrumentation knowledge and the ability to work extended hours. Strong safety focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge/understanding of instrumentation, rotating equipment and piping systems.
• Good verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment; demonstrated self-motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate start-up and shut-down of Air Separation Unit, Nitrogen Generators and High Purity Oxygen compressors.
• Perform safe work permits and lockout/tagout
• Enter maintenance needs into the work order system (Maximo)
• Maintain housekeeping and organization standards.
• Assist with plant safety inspections and SOP adherence.
