• Provide customer estimates and discuss repair needs.
• Perform mechanical repairs after inspection and document on work order.
• Record serial numbers, hours, and repair details on work orders.
• Maintain professional image of Equipment Depot and coordinate with customers and service staff.
• Return paperwork daily and submit time cards by 9:00 a.m.
