Job summary

Koch Specialty Plant Services, LLC has immediate openings for a Foreman to oversee mechanical projects at various locations across the United States. The role requires coordinating craft teams, reviewing drawings, ensuring safety, and maintaining project records.

We seek candidates with foreman and journeyman mechanical experience, strong reading of P&IDs and ISO drawings, and the ability to manage lead teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of foreman experience.
• At least 3 years of journeyman mechanical experience.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ people.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints, ISO's, P&IDs and apply them to piping installations.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Provide own transportation to job locations across the US.
• Must meet company and customer entry requirements including training, background check and drug test.
• Must meet physical and work environment requirements.
• Must have current TWIC card or ability to obtain one if required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, schedules, and supervises the work of all direct specialty craftsmen on mechanical projects.
• Supervises the demolition and installation of all components on towers.
• Organizes and supervises cutting and fitting of material for fitting and welding.
• Identifies consumable and material shortages to minimize downtime.
• Prepares routine work and time reports and maintains standard records.
• Assists and coaches subordinate and subcontract personnel; establishes safety and work performance standards.
