Job summary

TransTech Group is seeking a Foreman in Indianapolis, IN to lead field teams on cryogenic and mechanical services. You will ensure work meets project specs, safety standards, and quality expectations while mentoring workers and coordinating with project managers and logistics.

The ideal candidate has prior foreman experience, a valid driver's license, DOT compliance, ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with common tools like Procore, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Valid Driver’s license and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Ability to read/interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Procore, Word, Excel and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team in various operational areas.
• Ensure work aligns with project specs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members.
• Maintain records of work activities and equipment usage.
• Collaborate with project managers, logistics, and management to execute projects.
• Communicate equipment needs with logistics and ensure safety procedures (LOTO).
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and monitor progress.
