Ascentek is seeking an Environmental Technician on the second shift to perform preventive maintenance and fluid service on metalworking equipment at customer sites in Milwaukee. You will work with experienced teammates to ensure machine performance, fluid quality, and safe working environments.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning technical equipment, and building relationships with customers while delivering dependable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Willingness to learn industrial maintenance and fluid service processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning on industrial machinery and metalworking fluid systems at customer sites.
• Remove, replace, recycle, and process metalworking fluids and related materials.
• Collect, transport, and dispose of used fluids, waste, and debris per safety procedures.
• Follow service checklists and instructions to complete maintenance tasks accurately.
• Assist with mixing, diluting, and verifying chemical solutions used in metalworking processes.
• Drive company service vehicles to customer locations and maintain vehicle readiness.
