Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC is seeking a Floor Care Specialist to maintain clean, safe floors across the manufacturing facility. You will operate the floor scrubber per schedules and safety rules. You will also clean and maintain the scrubber, assist Janitorial with other duties, and ensure proper waste disposal and PPE compliance.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and clear English communication; multiple shifts are available.

Responsibilities

• Operates floor scrubber to maintain clean, safe floors across designated areas.
• Follows floor-cleaning schedules, procedures, and work instructions.
• Cleans and maintains floor scrubber after each use.
• Stores floor scrubber properly for next use.
• Performs daily inspection and reports equipment issues to management.
• Identifies spills or hazards and takes appropriate action.
• Assists janitorial personnel with cleaning breakrooms, bathrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Empties trash and disposables; maintains cleaning supplies and notifies when replenishment is needed.
• Complies with PPE requirements and safety procedures; maintains good attendance and safety record.
