Control Associates, Inc. in Allendale, NJ is seeking a Project Manager for Industrial I Final Control to drive complex valve, equipment, and integrated solutions from order entry through commissioning.

You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources across multiple Emerson business units, manage client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to meet milestones on time and within budget. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in PM, strong communication, ERP/MS Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; engineering concentration preferred.
• 2+ years in a project engineering/PM role in engineering/manufacturing/construction.
• Strong scoping, planning, budgeting, and schedule management.
• Excellent written and verbal client communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
• Mechanical/technical aptitude or ability to learn technical products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems is strongly preferred.
• Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage complex valve, equipment, services, and integrated solutions projects from order to commissioning.
• Create and manage internal project schedules, budgets, milestones, and reviews.
• Drive supplier/vendor and customer coordination to meet milestones.
• Assign resources and manage day-to-day project scope and risk.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and compliant with QMS/ISO 9000 and company standards.
• Forecast revenue, profitability, and cost-to-completion; manage invoicing with clients.
