Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive project-management experience in industrial projects.
• Experience leading projects in process manufacturing, industrial automation, or related fields.
• Experience managing projects through engineering, procurement, fabrication/integration, FAT, site execution, commissioning, startup, closeout.
• Strong understanding of project finances, contracts, change orders, and margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent industrial automation projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Establish execution strategy, governance, milestones, and decision structure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, fabrication, testing, and site activities.
• Maintain disciplined risk, issue, action, and change-control processes; manage customer communications.
