Job summary

Werres Corporation is seeking an Industrial Equipment Mechanic to service customer sites in a shop environment. You will troubleshoot electro‑mechanical problems, perform installations, and carry out scheduled maintenance on forklift and related equipment.

The role requires reading schematics, using electrical test tools, and following safety procedures. Training to become a Raymond Certified Technician is available from Basic to Master levels, with potential benefits including a company vehicle

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with basic mechanical knowledge.
• 1–3 years mechanical, electrical and hydraulic experience in similar environments.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and have own tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electro‑mechanical problems on customer equipment and provide corrective actions.
• Install, perform repairs and scheduled maintenance per maintenance policy.
• Prepare accurate service documentation and reporting for each call.
• Maintain service vehicle and comply with safety guidelines.
• Provide professional customer service and clear communication.
