Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Service Technician to support aluminum manufacturing facilities in and around Bettendorf, Iowa. You will install, service, troubleshoot, and optimize equipment and chemical treatment systems at customer sites, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and performance evaluations, and provide on-site technical support to improve efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Technical experience in industrial maintenance, field service, manufacturing operations, or related environments.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a customer-facing setting.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and optimize equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and performance evaluations.
• Provide on-site technical support and recommendations to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Demonstrate products and solutions; support training and startup activities.
• Document service activities, findings, and recommendations; assist with proposals and projects.
