Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Branch Sales Manager in the Charlotte area to grow CC’s environmental services and parts washer business with new and existing customers. You will drive field sales, manage accounts, and promote safe work practices on-site across industrial facilities.

The role includes a car allowance, a performance-based compensation plan with bonuses and commissions, and an average earnings range to reflect market opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Sales experience required (CC sales preferred)
• Industrial sales experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Responsibilities

• Engage in and promote safe work behaviors in line with CC safety guidelines
• Provide customer service and new business development in assigned geographic area
• Pursue additional services with existing accounts
• Present CC products and services to customers and develop new customers
• Perform field tests and sampling of waste streams at customer sites
• Develop sales leads for Data-Marketing
• Assist CC field sales reps in sales activities for new accounts
• Complete all required paperwork accurately
• Maintain compliance with DOT requirements
• Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development
• Adhere to corporate policies including EHS, HR, facilities, equipment, operations and maintenance
