Job summary

Cleveland Brothers is hiring an entry level Industrial Field Mechanic Helper to support Journeyman Field Service Mechanics across our branch. You will help with parts prep, cleaning, and job setup while gaining hands-on experience with engines and related systems.

The role emphasizes physical labor, basic electrical training, and the ability to travel overnight as required. This is an entry path toward a career in our field service team at 29 locations.

Qualifications

• Training or basic electrical experience.
• Willingness to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work with shop/field mechanics to support, diagnose, service, and repair products in designated division.
• Provide proper job setup including pre-delivery of parts, staging parts, returning parts, cleaning parts, etc.
• Perform work on component parts in a shop/field environment according to the manufacturer's specifications
• Accurately complete service reports and provide the details to complete work orders
• Work overtime as required
• Maintain tool requirements
• Overnight travel as required
