Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Aufgaben

• Support daily field operations and project coordination with Superintendents and Project Managers.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change logs, and progress reporting.
• Participate in project meetings, jobsite walks, and coordination efforts with project stakeholders.
• Support look-ahead planning and schedule updates to maintain milestones.
• Assist with material tracking, equipment deliveries, and field logistics.
• Help identify and resolve field coordination issues to support safe execution.
• Support quality control and ensure work meets project requirements.
• Promote compliance with OSHA regulations and PARIC safety standards.
• Assist with cost tracking, quantity verification, and project reporting.
• Build relationships with clients, design partners, subcontractors, and team members.
