PARIC is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex industrial construction projects in the St. Louis area. You will guide cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and drive client relationships from preconstruction through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, cost management, scheduling, and construction processes.
• Proficiency with project management software and job cost forecasting tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the direction, execution, and financial performance of assigned construction projects.
• Build and mentor strong, motivated project teams while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage all project costs, forecasting, pay applications, and profitability strategies.
• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules; communicate milestones to all partners.
• Lead change order processes, subcontractor buyouts, and contract execution according to established timelines.
• Proactively identify project risks and provide creative, client‑focused solutions.
• Maintain and update site logistics and build plans to meet constructability and performance goals.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are upheld in alignment with PARIC and OSHA guidelines.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, owners, and project partners to ensure satisfaction and success.
• Mentor and support professional development of direct reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
