Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC in Leominster, MA is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for keeping buildings, systems, and grounds safe, clean, and fully operational through preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair work. The role requires diagnosing issues in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, with independent workdays and coordination with external contractors as needed.

The position is a daytime, Monday–Friday role from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or related fields.
Experience with hand tools and power tools.
Experience operating heavy equipment/machinery.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, lighting, and furniture as needed.
Perform general cleaning, floor maintenance, and trash removal, especially during events.
Ensure compliance with EH&S standards.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
