TST Fab & Machine LLC in Norfolk, VA is seeking a dependable Facilities Technician to support maintenance, safety, and daily operations of our manufacturing facility.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in an industrial setting, from plumbing and electrical work to general repairs.

Join a team focused on safety, quality, and on-time support, with shifts Monday–Thursday days and Friday half-day, at our Norfolk plant.

Qualifications

• Experience performing general maintenance in an industrial setting.
• Ability to perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA-compliant procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance work.
• Maintain doors, lighting, fixtures, shelving, and work areas.
• Conduct routine facility maintenance and report safety concerns.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized work.
• Maintain maintenance records and safety documentation.
