Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years in construction, building trades, or related hands-on field.
• Proven experience using hand and power tools independently.
• Ability to read and understand English in compliance with OSHA safety requirements.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to become forklift certified and safely operate material-handling equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of repair tasks using hand and power tools with minimal supervision.
• Complete general carpentry repairs, painting, caulking, cutting, and cosmetic container repairs.
• Operate forklifts safely (certification available if not already).
• Operate standard shop equipment and perform cutting tasks safely.
• Pressure wash and clean containers.
• Safely rig and lift materials as part of repairs.
• Move materials using hand carts and assist with staging/organization.
• Follow repair instructions and guidance while using sound judgment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse environment.
