Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Warren, Ohio is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair and maintain high‑speed manufacturing equipment in a 1.5‑million‑square‑foot facility.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, document activities in CMMS, and support installation and energy efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

Age 18+, authorized to work in the United States.
2+ years in Industrial Maintenance or related field; 3+ years in facilities maintenance in manufacturing.
Experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, piping diagrams, and manuals.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and CMMS usage.
Able to pass pre-employment screening and PAT.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility infrastructure and building systems.
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, compressed air, cooling, water, fire protection, lighting, electrical distribution, dock equipment, and BAS.
Monitor utility systems for energy efficiency and performance.
Document maintenance activities in CMMS and preserve equipment history.
Assist with installation and commissioning of new facility equipment and infrastructure.
Coordinate with contractors for specialized work and participate in root-cause analysis.
