Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 4+ years preferred in maintenance.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faulty equipment and systems using diagnostic tools.
• Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Complete inventories of spare parts and facility supplies.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and work orders.
