Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to keep our production facility safe, efficient and compliant. You’ll handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC tasks to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, reading machine prints, and preventive work orders. 1–3 years in industrial building maintenance and HVAC certification preferred. On-site role in Alabama with opportunity for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to read machine prints.
• Experience in production environments with mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.
• HVAC knowledge and certification is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate completion of work lists.
• Check HVAC components, doors, lighting, and general premises on a routine schedule.
• Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, thermostats, and life safety.
• Electrical troubleshooting, bulbs/ballast replacement, and basic repairs.
• Assist in roof maintenance and drywall patching as needed.
• Ensure safety gear is used and training is completed promptly.
