Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure the facility supports cultivation, production and manufacturing operations. The role requires hands-on maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair automated equipment.

Typical schedule Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm, with a pay range of $26–$31 per hour. Eligible employees receive major medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) match and paid time

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
• Experience diagnosing automated equipment in production environments.
• Hands-on piping systems installation (air, water, steam) and industrial electrical work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work around plant material.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility to support cultivation, production and manufacturing operations.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs as needed.
• Install piping systems and monitor electrical control circuits.
• Use CMMS to track maintenance activities.
