Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician in Fall River, MA to keep the cultivation, production, and manufacturing spaces in top condition. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs to ensure uptime and compliance.

The role requires 3-5 years in industrial maintenance, experience with CMMS, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards. The schedule is Friday to Monday, 7:00am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
• Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills to diagnose automated equipment.
• Hands-on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits.
• Experience with a CMMS maintenance tracking program a bonus.
• An ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility for cultivation, production, and manufacturing operations.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs as needed.
• Support installation and repair of piping systems and control circuits.
• Utilize CMMS to track maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all tasks.
