Qualifications

• 1+ year commercial HVAC experience.
• 3+ years in a commercial or industrial maintenance position.
• Preventative maintenance experience.
• Ability to work Sundays and holidays when required.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of the main facility and warehouse.
• Maintain HVACR systems, water systems, plumbing, electrical and life safety systems.
• Monitor utility services and recommend cost reductions.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for quotes.
• Oversee facilities project management and repairs as needed.
• Be on call for facility emergencies and perform preventative maintenance.
