Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three to five years of industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or commercial facility maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, drawings, work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and facility improvement projects including carpentry, painting, and shelving systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain facility and production-support equipment.
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance including lighting and sensors.
• Respond to maintenance requests, prioritize tasks, and document work orders.
• Support facility safety, environmental compliance, housekeeping, and 5S initiatives.
• Assemble gas-phase filtration products during periods of reduced maintenance workload.
• Assist with inventory movement, equipment installations, and facility modifications.
• Comply with safety policies, OSHA requirements, environmental regulations, and PPE.
