Job summary

Pure Air Filtration, LLC seeks a full-time Facilities & Maintenance Technician II to maintain facility infrastructure, support equipment reliability, perform repairs and improvements, and provide production support as needed. This role reports to the Operations Manager and requires independent execution across multiple maintenance disciplines to support uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, electrical and plumbing tasks, troubleshooting

Qualifications

Three to five years of maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical equipment.
Working knowledge of carpentry and general building maintenance.
Basic electrical and plumbing maintenance knowledge.
Ability to read manuals, drawings, and safety procedures.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform general building maintenance and facility improvement projects (carpentry, painting, shelving, safety barriers).
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain facility and production-support equipment (motors, fans, belts, dust collection).
Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance incl. lighting, switches, sensors, minor plumbing repairs; follow LOTO procedures.
