Qualifications

• Three (3) years of custodial experience or equivalent.
• Self-starter and able to perform duties without direct supervision.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time-management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling; organize stockroom items.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness of offices, labs, training rooms, stairwells, lobby, and break areas.
• Operate and safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals; respond to spills promptly.
