Job summary

Red Bud Industries, Inc. is seeking a dedicated custodian to maintain cleanliness across the plant, offices, restrooms, and cafeterias. The role includes daily sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash disposal, and restocking supplies, using approved disinfectants and PPE as required.

The successful candidate will be self-driven, capable of multitasking, and able to lift heavy loads. Training and benefits are provided in a manufacturing environment with potential for additional bonus sharing.

Qualifications

• Self-driven and able to work without direct supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of custodial equipment and cleaning products.
• Must be able to lift 50-75lbs occasionally and 25-50lbs frequently.
• Must be able to climb a ladder safely for cleaning/maintenance jobs.
