Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Industrial Facilities Account Manager to lead integrated facilities and production maintenance for a large industrial environment. You will own the account P&L, drive safety, reliability, and performance, and manage a 145+ workforce across multiple sites.

You will develop strategic plans, manage capital expenditures, and sustain operational excellence while strengthening client relationships and expanding service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within industrial maintenance, manufacturing operations, facilities management, or integrated facilities services environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale operations with full P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own full account P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, productivity initiatives, and cost control.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve financial, operational, and client satisfaction objectives.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency while reducing costs.
• Monitor KPIs, contract deliverables, and SLAs to ensure account success.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual business reviews to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
• Lead day-to-day facilities management and industrial maintenance across multiple locations.
• Drive safety, reliability, service quality, and production uptime across the account.
• Build trusted client relationships with plant leadership and corporate decision-makers.
