Job summary

C&W Services is seeking an Industrial Facilities Account Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities and production maintenance services across a large multi-site industrial manufacturing environment. You will own the account P&L, manage client relationships, and drive safety, reliability, and service quality.

With a 145+ person workforce and oversight across multiple locations, you will implement strategic plans, monitor KPIs, and ensure contract compliance while expanding service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong leadership and financial acumen.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in industrial maintenance or facilities.
• 5+ years leading large multi-site operations with P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing large workforces and outsourced services.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Own full account P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost control.
• Develop strategic plans to hit financial, operational, and client objectives.
• Identify improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and conduct business reviews for leadership.
• Direct day-to-day facilities management across multiple locations.
• Lead client relationships, executive communications, and strategic reviews.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and reliability in service delivery.
• Build and mentor a 145+ person workforce and drive succession planning.
