Responsibilities

• Develop fabrication projects by analyzing prints and routing sheets.
• Understand requirements, determine, and execute appropriate fabrication methods.
• Fabricate components using equipment (shears, band saws, radial drills, drill presses, press brake, CNC plasma table) to prepare, cut, burn, and deburr pieces; set up and measure materials; select methods.
• Verify fabrication results by inspecting and measuring components.
• Document actions by completing records; maintain ISO9001 quality management system compliance.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following procedures and complying with regulations.
• Keep equipment operating by following instructions, troubleshooting, maintaining supplies, and scheduling repairs.
• Independently set up fabrication equipment and deliver high-quality results.
• Adhere to safety protocols in the workshop.
