Job summary

Lamb Weston APAC, Twin Falls plant, is seeking a skilled Maintenance/Welding assistant to support fabrication, assembly, and installation for the maintenance department. This role maintains equipment, fabricates components, and assists with line design and improvements.

You will perform basic welding and metal fabrication, align parts, and support troubleshooting with the maintenance crew. Prior welding experience and safety certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Lock-out/Tag-out certification required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and process piping.
• Perform basic welding, fabrication, and maintenance tasks.
• Inspect and align parts per specifications; assist with line design and changes.
• Operate and maintain metal fabrication tools and equipment.
• Assist maintenance and production teams to solve problems and improve efficiency.
