Job summary

Corbins, part of Nox Group, is seeking a Sr. Estimator to support large projects and multiple smaller projects within a dynamic industrial construction context. The role focuses on bid preparation, estimating accuracy, and cost control under guidance from senior staff.

You will review plans, perform quantity take-offs, analyze cost drivers, and collaborate with preconstruction and operations teams to achieve competitive, accurate bids.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Industrial project estimating experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for large projects or multiple smaller projects.
• Review plans, specs, and docs to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates with guidance from management.
• Provide ancillary support to preconstruction activities and document control.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and develop cost models with oversight from management.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and opportunity stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing and submitting bid packages.
• Stay updated on industry trends and estimating best practices.
