Job summary

Best Promotions, LLC, an HPG Brands company, seeks an experienced Industrial Equipment Technician to join our maintenance team. The role is focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a broad range of production equipment, with occasional basic facility support.

Ideal candidates are mechanically skilled, comfortable with electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, heating systems, and motors, and can troubleshoot logically using schematics and manuals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on industrial maintenance or industrial equipment technician experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience using a multimeter for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems using a systematic troubleshooting process.
• Read basic electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and mechanical drawings.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, adjustments, cleaning, and replacement of worn components.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvements.
• Follow proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and other facility safety procedures.
