Job summary

Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC is seeking an Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician to perform TPM, diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and program automation including PLCs. You will install and commission new equipment and support continuous improvement in a highly automated plant.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, blueprint reading, and hands-on experience with robots, press tooling, and automation.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics for maintenance work.
• Program, adjust, and troubleshoot automation—robots and PLCs.
• Install and commission new machinery; contribute to continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform TPM checks to maximize machine uptime and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems quickly and safely.
• Read equipment manuals/blueprints to plan preventive work.
• Program, adjust and troubleshoot automation systems and PLCs to keep production stable.
