Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician for 1st shift in Belvidere, IL to perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveyors, and other heavy machinery in a safe, team‑oriented environment. The role requires knowledge of lubrication best practices, ability to operate complex industrial equipment, and a willingness to obtain MLT Level 1 certification.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lubrication best practices and ICML guidelines.
• Ability to perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on pumps and conveyors.
• Must be able to operate heavy industrial equipment.
• Must be able to obtain MLT Level 1 Lubrication Technician certification.
• Willingness to work all shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform lubrication tasks and preventive maintenance per procedures.
• Lubrication sampling, filtering, and replenishment.
• Maintain and feedback on work orders.
• Comply with safety guidelines and PJHA process.
• Assist in developing lubrication standards.
