Structural Technologies is seeking a field maintenance technician to support equipment repair and preventative maintenance on construction equipment and tools at job sites. You will diagnose mechanical, fuel, and electrical issues, perform disassembly and part replacements, and help keep records of service performed.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years’ experience in equipment shops or warehouses, strong teamwork, and a proactive, safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2-5 yrs of experience in Equipment Shop or Warehouse preferred.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, fuel and electrical problems.
• Experience maintaining construction equipment and small tools.

Responsabilités

• Communicates issues to supervisor and documents maintenance activities.
• Diagnoses and repairs mechanical, fuel, and electrical problems.
• Disassembles engines and replaces worn parts; inspects equipment and tools.
• Performs preventative maintenance and supports jobsite safety practices.
• Installs equipment and maintains vehicles and machines.
• Operates forklifts or other mechanized equipment as needed.
