Qualifications

• The candidate has 2+ years in plant/industrial maintenance, in a manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, welding, electrical motors, and conveyors.
• Familiarity with safety standards and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment during production operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Respond quickly to equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas per OSHA and company standards.
• Weld, fabricate, install, and modify machine components as needed.
• Read blueprints and work orders; use tools safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for maintenance projects.
