Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a Design Engineer to design and detail large industrial air pollution control equipment per customer specifications and project timelines. You will use Autodesk AutoCAD 2D and Inventor/SolidWorks 2D/3D files to create detailed drawings, layouts, and assemblies, coordinating with project managers and other engineering disciplines to meet client needs on time and budget.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, experience with 2D/3D

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent experience in mechanical design.
Experience with 2D & 3D modeling.
Experience with Aveva E3D design software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with engineering leadership on job requirements, activities, and schedules.
Use Autodesk AutoCAD 2D and Inventor/SolidWorks 2D and 3D files to create details and layout drawings per instructions and concepts.
Create multi-view detailed drawings, models, and assemblies for ANDRITZ equipment general arrangements, field erection drawings, and shop fabrication drawings.
Work closely with project managers and engineering team to meet client needs on time and on budget.
Maintain CAD standards and contribute to redline drawing repairs, as-built drawings, and P&ID creation.
