Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16.50 - $16.50 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Industrial Equipment Assembler:

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, bills of materials, and assembly drawings

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and follow standard work instructions, assembly drawings, bills of materials, and work orders

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and operate production equipment

• Ability to identify and resolve routine assembly and production issues

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

• Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to complete production records and basic workplace documentation accurately

• Experience using hand tools, including wrenches, sockets, hammers, tape measures, crimpers, and cutters

• Experience operating pneumatic and power tools

• Familiarity with manual and pneumatic presses

• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate production‑related systems

• Experience performing product testing, quality inspections, and using measuring devices

• Forklift, crane, or other material‑handling equipment experience preferred

• Background check and Drug test required
