Qualifications

• At least 18 years old to work with PeopleReady.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow standard work instructions, drawings and BOMs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment.
• Identify and resolve routine assembly issues with accuracy.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, bills of materials, and drawings.
• Fasten components using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, and other hardware.
• Follow torque specifications to ensure proper assembly and quality.
• Operate pneumatic and manual presses used during assembly.
• Set up and operate labeling, stamping, and product identification equipment.
• Perform in-process inspections and testing to verify quality standards.
• Identify and report quality issues, defective materials, or equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production, quality, and performance goals.
