Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review project estimates, contracts, and milestones.
• Develop schedules, manage budgets, and monitor costs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with Construction Manager.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across projects.
• Serve as main client contact and report progress.
