Job summary

Primoris Energy Services seeks a Regional HSE Manager to provide strategic and operational HSE leadership for divisions and projects across the United States. You will lead a team of HSE professionals, influence performance, and drive continuous improvement through the full project lifecycle.

This role requires extensive experience in heavy industrial construction, EPC projects, and power generation, with strong regulatory knowledge and client-facing abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of progressive responsibility in HSE within self-perform construction, EPC, power generation, or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience leading HSE for large, complex construction projects or portfolios.
• Experience with greenfield and brownfield/operating-facility environments.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and risk management across EPC lifecycle.
• Proven ability to partner with Operations and leadership while maintaining HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE performance across divisions and projects nationwide, integrating HSE into the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and mentor HSE personnel, and ensure effective resource planning.
• Represent PES with clients, owners, regulators, and senior leadership on HSE matters.
