Job summary

WSP is seeking an Environmental Compliance Consultant in Exton, PA (Hybrid) to join the Earth & Environment Team. The role blends compliance program support with regulatory audits, technical reporting, and project delivery for industrial clients.

The candidate will mentor junior staff, develop client relationships, and manage tasks within approved scopes. A mid-level professional with strong knowledge of U.S. environmental laws is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Earth Science or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience with U.S. environmental laws (RCRA, CERCLA, SARA, CWA, CAA) and state regs.
• Experience evaluating and maintaining environmental regulatory compliance in industrial settings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental compliance programs for industrial clients.
• Conduct environmental regulatory compliance audits.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate regulatory findings.
• Manage tasks and projects according to client-approved scopes of work.
• Mentor junior staff and develop client relationships.
• Assist in project delivery and team leadership.
