Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Project Manager II to lead small-to-mid-sized multidisciplinary projects within the Industrial Environmental team. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget across the full project lifecycle, coordinating with technical teams, clients, and contractors to deliver high-quality environmental engineering solutions.

You will mentor staff, manage risks, and develop strong client relationships to secure future work. A driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, or a related area preferred.
• A minimum of six years of project experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry with increasing responsibility.
• May have PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.

Responsibilities

• Assembles project teams and assigns responsibilities to align skills with objectives.
• Communicates project scope, schedule, and budget to clients and contractors.
• Develops budgets, tracks costs, and maintains client satisfaction.
• Secures resources for all stages of the project and ensures timely completion.
• Develops and maintains the quality management plan to meet client and firm standards.
