Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Project Manager II to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from scope through completion. You will assemble teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and serve as the primary liaison with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Minimum six years of project experience in AEC with increasing responsibility.
• PMP or equivalent PM certification or degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with Olsson PM standards and QA programs.
• Strong client service orientation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assemble project teams and assign responsibilities to align skills with objectives.
• Define project scope, schedule, and budget with stakeholders and report progress.
• Develop and monitor project budgets and costs to maintain client satisfaction.
• Secure resources and support throughout all project stages.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation for projects and teams.
• Conduct regular client meetings to align expectations and performance.
• Document deliverables and maintain project records and communications.
• Foster client relationships to secure future work.
